Hi! My name is Kelly and I am biking 5000+ km to support epilepsy foundations and document the diverse experiences of people
affected by seizures.

Join me by taking a look at the recent trials and tribulations of this journey. Ups and downs, mental and physical battles, beautiful and awful weather... it's all there during a charity bike tour.

Bike Path

Epilepsy & the Road

It is probably no surprise that many people with epilepsy and other seizure conditions are often stripped of their ability to drive, thus impacting their independence and quality of life. Yet this is not the only challenge facing such individuals. Seizure types are highly diverse, and so are the people affected by them.

Storytelling Seizures has three purposes:

Document stories from people who are tasked with managing epilepsy in some form.

Raise funds dedicated towards increasing access to services provided by two non-profit organizations, CESEBC and DEF, that specialize in helping individuals affected by epilepsy.

Ride my touring bicycle from California to Florida, meeting people and raising awareness about this highly common, yet rarely discussed, condition.
